The Pierce PTO is powered by parent volunteers who give their time in all different ways (big and small ) to help organize events,
support our teachers and students, fundraise, and make Pierce Middle School a great place to learn and grow.
We are always recruiting!
There are opportunities to get involved throughout the year,
but right now we’re especially looking for:
1-2 Volunteers to join the Swag Crew
Join Melissa Arbour and Brendan Furey to design and plan our swag for the year
2 Volunteers - Fall Adult Social
Join Event Chair Regina Malley to help plan and organize our highly anticipated Fall Adults-Only Social at Heritage Hall on October 15.
Help make one of our favorite Pierce parent events a great night!
2 Volunteers - Fall Mini Photo Sessions
Help organize and plan this historically sold-out fall fundraiser while giving Pierce families a head start on those holiday cards!
2 Volunteers - Parent/Teacher Conference Lunch and Dinner
We have the blueprint, we just need a few helping hands to make it happen!

PTO Leadership

Kelley Balestracci and Clara Farnsworth
Provides overall leadership, coordinates with the school, helps set the PTO priorities and is in charge of communications through the website and social media.
Treasurer(s)
Regina Malley and Sarah Skillin
Manages the PTO budget, expenses and financial reporting. Works with the leadership on overall financial planning and coordinates with the event chairs.
Secretary
Alyssa Fitzgerald
Keeps meeting records, communications and PTO documentation. Works with the treasurer for annual filings.
